ACCESSIBILITY DETAILS
Jukebox Festival welcomes disabled festival goers and takes all reasonable measures to assist with their attendance and enjoyment of the event. The festival takes placeat a rugby club on grass. Disabled guests must be aware that the main arena, car park and surrounding areas are, naturally, fairly uneven and may be difficult to navigate. Where possible, when designing the site, we utilise flat routes to make the event as accessible as possible for wheelchair users.
We have disabled portaloos in the campsite, live-in vehicle field and the festival arena but there are no disabled showers.
Guests with disabilities can be sited closer to the festival arena both in terms of camping and car parking. To obtain access to these facilities, please contact our team on info@jukebox-festival.com.
Access to facilities is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access our facilities if they are already full to capacity.
If you are disabled and require the assistance of a carer you may apply for a free Carer Ticket to accompany you at the festival. To apply, please contact our team on info@jukebox-festival.com.
CAMPING & LIVE IN VEHICLES
We do have measures in place to keep the noise to a minimum after hours, but we are a festival with a late entertainment license and therefore some level of noise will be expected, so you may wish to consider bringing some earplugs. The entertainment ends at 10pm on both Friday and Saturday night.
All multi-day tickets for Jukebox Festival can include camping for an additional charge. Tickets are available on a per person basis from the ticketing page. If you wish to bring a live-in vehicle this requires a separate ticket. Each live in ticket is for one vehicle plus two people staying over. If more than two people are staying in the live in vehicle, these extra people will need to purchase 1 camping ticket per person.
Generally speaking this is either a Campervan, Motorhome, Caravan, or other fully converted vehicle. For Health & Safety reasons we do not allow sleeping in unconverted vehicles such as vans or cars.
No, gazebos are not permitted as they take up too much space on site.
Live-in vehicles are sited in order of arrival so if you wish to park next to your friends or family, you will need to arrive at the same time. Spaces cannot be saved either in the live-in vehicle field or the camping field for attendees arriving later so please plan ahead and arrive together.
Disposable BBQs are allowed in the camp site, but they must be raised off the ground and kept 3m away from any tents, vehicles or hedges. We ask that these are only used while the sun is up.
A single burner gas stove is permitted but you are limited to a 230g gas canister.

There will be a variety of food, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks available to purchase in the festival arena.
GENERAL QUESTIONS

We operate a challenge 25 policy at our bars. If you don’t have valid I.D. you may be refused or service. The lead ticket booker in your group (the named ticket holder) WILL need to show I.D. at the box office in order to exchange tickets for wristbands. Entry will not be permitted if the named ticket holder is not present.
Under 16s will not be permitted access without a responsible adult.
You are welcome to bring chairs into the arena area but not into or in front of the entrance/exit of the music venues.
The music starts at 16:00 on Friday, and Midday on Saturday.
The music ends at 22:00 on both days.
Jukebox Festival is located on a grass site that is used to play rugby.
Therefore, we recommend wearing clothing that is suitable for the weather and footwear that is comfortable and safe to wear on uneven ground.
We don't allow dogs to the festival, with the exception of certified working dogs.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The number one priority at Jukebox Festival is the safety and welfare of all attendees. It is intened to be a safe, peaceful and enjoyable event. Crime, of any description, will not be tolerated. Security staff and stewards will be patrolling the site for crime prevention purposes.
Stay within the designated festival areas. Do NOT wander off onto adjacent land.
Report anyone you think is acting suspiciously or aggressively to stewards.
Arrange a meeting point with your friends so if you do get split up from each other, you know where to head to.
We know you might want to have a drink or two, but do consider that drinking to excess can leave you vulnerable. Please look after yourselves and look out for each other.
Lock and empty your vehicle. Leave the glove compartment open and conspicuously empty.
Look after your belongings – make sure you keep your phone, iPad and money safe and out of sight. Do not leave valuable items on display in your car or tent.
If you have a smartphone, activate the ‘find my phone’ app or similar. Make sure you keep a note of any usernames or passwords.
Set up camp with friends, and make friends with your neighbours. Look out for each other’s property.
Mark your property. Clearly label your gear (including your tent) with your postcode. Obvious indelible markings will significantly reduce the risk of things being stolen and will increase the chance of their return if found. Tag your keys with a phone number and a friend’s address.
Take any valuables – including prescription medication – with you when you leave your tent.
Don’t keep all your cash and valuables in the same part of your tent - spread them around in different pockets.

Jukebox Festival operates a tiered ticketing system. This means that our ticket prices start cheaper and increase as we get closer to the event, so the earlier you book, the bigger the discount you will get. Other than the price you pay, there is absolutely no difference to the ticket you receive, no matter what tier you purchase your ticket at. We have a set allocation of tickets for each pricing tier. Once the set allocation of tickets has sold out we progress onto the next tier and the price increases.
Parking does come at a cost and passes can be pre-booked online at a discounted rate. If you need to pay on arrival, parking will be charged at a flat rate, no matter what day you arrive. Paying in advance will always be the cheapest way to pay for your parking. Paying for parking when you arrive will be more expensive, will take longer, and is subject to availability.
The campsite is only a short walk from the car park.
Anyone aged 15 or younger on the day of the event, will be allowed entry with a Childs ticket but must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
Anyone aged 16 or older will require an Adult ticket for entry.
Anyone aged 16-17 can attend without an accompanying adult.
